 Taofik Lawal: EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
A graduate of Aberdeen College of Commerce Scotland
UK. He is a fellow of both the institute
of Chartered Accountant
of Nigeria
(ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria
(CITN). He is a council member of Business Recovery and
Insolvency Practitioner of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and member of
the Institute
of Directors,
London and Nigeria.
He started his career with Pannell Kerr Forster,
Chartered Accountants where he trained from 1977 to 1982.
He was at the Aberdeen
office, became a Partner in the Nigeria
practice in 1989 and retired in 2004. He joined WT
Securities Limited in December 2004 as Executive
Chairman.
 Aishat Lawal: Dircetor
of Administration
An alumnus of University of
Ado-Ekiti and
Federal College of Education, Katsina State.
She served with many organizations before venturing into
private business in1995. She is a member of the Institute
of Director (IoD) and the Institute of
Capital
Market Registrars and
Institute of Capital Market Registrar
(ICMR). She became a Director of WT Securities Limited in
2000 and resumed as Executive Director of Administration
in June 2004. She is the founder /Chief Executive Officer
of Women’s Investment Network (WIN) a network of
entrepreneurial ladies promoting capital market
activities among women and children. She has attended
various training courses and seminars.
MUDASHIRU
ADEMOLA, ACS, ACA, ACTI, AGM, Capital
Market
A 1986 graduate
of Lagos State Polytechnic, Mr. Ademola also attended Bayero University Kano
where he obtained Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
in 1994. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria
(CITN) as well as the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers
(CIS), he is a dealing clerk
with the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He served with MBC International
Bank Limited, City Securities Limited and Dare Akande & Co, Chartered Accountant
before joining WT Securities Limited in May 2007 as Dealing
Stockbroker and heads Securities Trading Department.
BAKARE YISA ADEWALE, ACA, ACIB,ACS Stockbroker
Mr. Bakare trained with Akintola Williams Delloite,
Chartered Accountants. He is an Associate of the Institute
of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of
Bankers of Nigeria and Chartered Institute
of Stockbrokers. He is a Dealing Clerk of Nigerian Stock
Exchange. He served with Fittco
Securities Limited before joining WT Securities Limited as
Stockbroker in June 2007. He served as part time lecturer
with Yaba college of Technology, Lagos. He heads the Wealth Management
and Investment Research Department.
Mariam
O. Jafar: She is a graduate of the Polytechnic
Ibadan
Oyo State.
She studied Computer Mathematics and Statistics.
Graduated 2002. She heads the dealing Department as well
as research section. She joined the company in August
2005.
Charles Onnusiribe: He
is a graduate of Kano State
Polytechnic. He is in charge of Kano
Branch activities. He joined the Service in May 2003. He
read Business Administration and Management Studies.
